Customers may now pay their water bill by phone. Payments are accepted 24 hours every day, but the payment is posted to the customer’s account the following day during office hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday, except holidays.

 

 ● You will need a copy of your bill in front of you or call the District office

     at (815) 633-5461 for your account number and amount due.

 

 ● Call Toll Free 1 - (877) 369-2919 and follow the prompts.

 

 ● A transaction or processing fee of $2.50 will be charged.  The District does not 

     receive any revenue from the convenience fee.

 

 ● VISA, MasterCard and Discover Credit or Debit Cards are accepted.

 

 ● An Electronic Debit from your checking account is also accepted. You will need 

     your bank’s routing number and your full bank account number that is listed at
