Option 1: Online Payments & Paperless Billing (Infosend)

Payments using a checking account (routing and account number) are FREE.

Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and ACH.

Fees: All payments (one-time and recurring) made with a checking account (routing and account number) are now FREE! Payments made with a credit or debit card have a $2.50 convenience fee.

If you have been shut off for non-payment, please call our office at (815) 633-5461 to schedule the water to be turned back on. We are unable to turn the water back on until we speak with the customer directly. Restoration of service will occur from 12PM – 4PM if the request is received during business hours and 4PM – 7PM if the call is received after hours. If service restoration is requested after 7PM, the restoration will occur the following day after 7AM.
 
 
 
 
 
Option 2: Jetpay Online Payments

Payments using a checking account (routing and account number) are FREE.

Payment Options: ACH (checking account), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

Fees: Credit/debit cards range from $1.00-$8.00 at 2.25% of the bill, payments using a checking account (routing and account number) are FREE!

The maximum amount per payment is $500.00.

Customers may now pay their water bill by phone. Payments are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please Note: Payments are posted the following day Monday-Friday. Payments made on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be posted the following workday.

  • You will need a copy of your bill in front of you (if you don't have a copy, use our lookup tool or call the office at (815) 633-5461)
  • Call Toll Free 1 - (877) 630-5469 and follow the prompts.
  • All e-check payments will be FREE of charge
  • A transaction or processing fee of 2.25% will be charged for all credit card payments. The District does not receive any revenue from the convenience fee.
  • VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and ACH are accepted.

Office/Drive-Thru Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday - Thursday); 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Friday). Please note: Beginning January 1, 2025, our drive-thru hours will be limited to Tuesday-Thursday.
