One-time payments have a $2.50 transaction fee.

The maximum amount per payment is $175.00

If you have been shut off for non-payment, please call our office at (815) 633-5461 to schedule the water to be turned back on. We are unable to turn the water back on until we speak with the customer directly

Payments should be mailed to: 1350 Turret Drive, Machesney Park, IL 61115

Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday)

Drive Up Window Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday)

After Hours Drop Box Locations:

Customers may now pay their water bill by phone. Payments are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please Note: Payments are posted the following day Monday-Friday. Payments made on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be posted the following workday.

● You will need a copy of your bill in front of you or call the District office at (815) 633-5461 for your account number and amount due.

● Call Toll Free 1 - (877) 369-2919 and follow the prompts.

● A transaction or processing fee of $2.50 will be charged. The District does not receive any revenue from the convenience fee.

● VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and ACH are accepted.
