One-time payments have a $2.50 transaction fee.

Mail & Direct Payment

Payments should be mailed to: 1350 Turret Drive, Machesney Park, IL 61115

Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday)

Drive Up Window Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday)

After Hours Drop Box Locations:

1. Main Office - 1350 Turret Drive, Machesney Park

2. North Park Fire Station - 605 Ramona Terrace (north entrance)


Customers may now pay their water bill by phone. Payments are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please Note: Payments are posted the following day Monday-Friday. Payments made on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be posted the following workday.

● You will need a copy of your bill in front of you or call the District office at (815) 633-5461 for your account number and amount due.

● Call Toll Free 1 - (877) 369-2919 and follow the prompts.

● A transaction or processing fee of $2.50 will be charged. The District does not receive any revenue from the convenience fee.

● VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and ACH are accepted.
