• Elevate public perception and knowledge: The primary aim is to enhance how the public views and understands the water industry—its role, complexity, and value
• Improve consumer education: The program promotes effective, engaging, and consistent messaging about water production, treatment, infrastructure, costs, and conservation through a dedicated communications platform
• Inspire water stewardship: By increasing awareness of water’s value and infrastructure investment needs, the program seeks to influence consumer behavior toward more responsible water usage
• Advocate for the industry: It helps utilities, leaders, and community ambassadors to collect and share accurate, impactful knowledge—and advocate for sustainable water policies and infrastructure funding
