Welcome to the District! North Park Public Water District is your local water utility, which supplies water to your tap. Prior to your first billing, an account is setup in the name of the property owner (as shown on the property deed). As a customer of North Park Public Water District, you're in the company of approximately 33,000 people who, like you, depend on us to provide safe, reliable, and affordable water service. When Will I Receive My Bills?

North Park Public Water District bills all residential customers bi-monthly. Each account is billed on a specific cycle based on the first 2 digits of the account number. Use the chart below to identify when your bi-monthly bill will be processed.

How Do I Pay My Bill?

How Much Will My Bill Be?

The total of your bi-monthly bill depends on your usage each month. Your meter is read every 60 days, so each bi-monthly bill will contain 60 days of usage. The usage is calculated by using the meter reading from day 1 and subtracting it from the meter reading on day 60. How Do I Stay In Contact?

We've got a couple great ways to stay in contact. First - follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. We post about water outages that may impact your area, and we also have several helpful hints on water usage! Second - sign up for text notifications here. We are able to notify you via text of any issues with your water service (like past due balances, water shutdowns in your area, or other emergency notifications).
